Ordering is simple! This website was made to make it easy to order and is absolutely an ongoing "work in progress". Launch date is March 2024 and ordering is live! What you do is input your box size and then add to cart. Please note: shipping is a $10 flat fee and orders over $300 ship free. After you complete checkout using your login and information, we receive the order and verify that this can be processed on our box machine... since all our boxes are made-to-order. We verify materials and then confirm. You will receive a confirmation email that you can pay within 24 business hours and then pay using our Stripe link in your 'My Orders' account. After payment, your order is added to the queue and gets processed and shipped by our warehouse. Yep -- these boxes are made-to-order! We make these shipping boxes in Los Angeles, California.

These boxes will absolutely work well for 99% of customers. Due to these being manufactured in a specific way and on-demand, there are some differences. A major difference is the box may have a bit more of a gap so it may need to be closed and taped. This seems a lot worse reading it than how it is in person, but there may be small differences between the boxes that are manufactured with standard paper-mill factories.

We have been getting orders out the next business day. Generally, we'd like to give a 2-business day time frame after ordering since we make many different box sizes on the daily. This means a change of cardboard sheets which is why we may need a bit more time, depending on-demand (we're typically efficient, though).

We have Fortune 500 companies that order weekly from us, so we'd like to assume that these boxes definitely do well. These are 32ECT cardboard and do well 99.9% of the time.

No -- they are standard shipping boxes and don't have any special waterproof coating. You will need to have the same care with your product internally if you are shipping to a rainy area. We'd recommend including additional packaging on the inside to protect your product.
